On plastic jars, code date is located on the jar itself, below the lid, is printed in black ink. (Plastic jars production began in August of 2006)

Spice Rack seasonings have a 24 month or 2 year shelf life from date of manufacture.

The above dated spices would be best if used by August 21, 2008. However, the seasoning do not go bad or harm you if used after that date but will not have the maximum flavor you should expect or may taste somewhat stale.
